Return Policy
Customers have cancellation rights; we try to take maximum care on the quality of our products. If any of our customers are not satisfied with the received product then he/she may send us back for the refund or replacement. Customer can send us item for return within 7 days after receiving the order. The product must be unused/unworn/unwashed in the original condition as shipped. We ship all the items from Pakistan and must be returned to our Pakistan mailing address. Customer will bear the shipping cost (shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer).
Custom Made Dresses
Khas Collection always makes sure all custom made dress sizes are according to the specification given by the customers before shipping. We will not simply refund the custom made dresses, as these dresses were made according to the individual customer required size/measurements. These custom sized dresses will not fit anyone else so there is no refund or replacement on this. Customers should also need to be aware of model photo shoot dresses that some brands used two suits fabric while photo session to look more trendy, we normally try our level best to manage the same design as per model wear in one suit, but sometimes it might get harder for us to manage the model style in one suit, we believe customer should understand this problem or place 2 suits fabric to copy the same style.
Here at Khas Collection we try to understand maximum needs and we offer superb customer service, if any of our customers faces any issue in custom stitched suit we still try to help them in sorting out the issue. we can offer you alteration service without any extra charge (if alteration is possible) to your dress, you just need to ship us back, after the maximum adjustment we will send you back without any extra shipping cost. Customer should need to understand, sometimes alternation can't be possible in the way customer require it. We might not able to alter the dress due to some limitations in the requirement i.e. increase in the length, change of color, change in fabric, embroidery or pattern etc.
Safe Return
We ensure you safe delivery of your parcel within the stipulated time. This is our customer’s responsibility to send us the items back safely. If an item is unsuitable, please ensure the goods have been returned unworn/unwashed for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange, goods should be returned within 28 days of receipts, unworn/unwashed. You must choose reliable postal service for returning of the items for alteration / refund / replacement. If something happens in shipment and the parcel does not get delivered to our mailing address. In such case, we will not refund the order.
Items availability
Our priority is to ship the order as early as possible. In case of if the item is stocked out or damaged at our end, we will inform you directly via phone call/email or issue the refund for out of stock product and process the rest of the order. Customers can also get a replacement or refund on out of stock items. Once the item is back in stock we will email or phone the customer at the details provided at the time of order.
Credit Issuance
We normally process the refund within 2 - 3 working days after receiving the items. It might take 7 - 10 working days to credit the amount back into your account from the date we have processed the refund. This delay is due to the correspondent bank and our payment process customers can check their credit in their credit card statement.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of order confirmation. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours we will charge 5% as card processing fee that will be charged to us by the card processing companies.
Colors/description Disclaimer
We endeavour to precisely recreate colours according to the needs of customer, yet there might in any case be minor variations in shade of the real item. This is because of the manual dying process, accessibility of fabrics and contrasts
Hand embroidery works
We believe that customers understand that ordering items with work such like beads, diamantes, sequence etc. have a bent to come off while folding / unfolding of dress. We try maximum to keep these issues minimal but sometime while quality check or in shipping process some sequences may come off. Try not to get irate as you comprehend this is considered typical with vigorous hand work dresses.
Terms & Conditions
- If any item gets out of stock/damage or some other issue occurs, Khas Collection has right to refund the amount of that particular article (partially refund) and process the rest order, while the customer will not be bothered by this.
- Khas Collection will be responsible to inform customer about the issue (non-availability, damage, etc.) via an email or a phone call.
