Return & Exchange Policy

General Returns

At Khas Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped to our Lahore, Pakistan address.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

Custom-Made Dresses

Custom-stitched dresses are made strictly according to the measurements provided by the customer and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These are made to fit individual sizes and cannot be resold.

Important Notes:

  • Some brands use two suits in model photoshoots. We try to replicate the same design with one suit, but if you want the same look, you may order extra fabric.
  • We offer free alteration service (if feasible). Send us the item; we’ll adjust and return it with no extra shipping cost.
  • Alteration limitations: Requests such as length increase, color/fabric change, embroidery, or style changes may not be possible.

Safe Returns & Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before sending it back.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Use a reliable courier. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Item Availability

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock or damaged:

  • You will be notified via email or phone.
  • The affected item will be refunded, and the rest of the order will proceed.
  • Replacements may be offered, or you can request a refund.
  • If the item becomes available later, we will contact you based on your order details.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • It may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours or before the item is secured — whichever is earlier.
  • A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover card processing charges.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

Opened/Used Item Return

Items returned in a used or opened condition are not eligible for refund or exchange. Postage costs for such returns will not be reimbursed.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

Color/Description Disclaimer

While we strive to present accurate colors, minor shade variations may occur due to manual dyeing processes, fabric availability, or lighting during photography.

Hand Embroidery Disclaimer

Items with handwork such as beads, sequins, or diamantes may experience minor detachment during handling or shipping. This is normal and not considered a defect.

Terms & Conditions

  • If any item is out of stock, damaged, or affected by other issues, Khas Collection reserves the right to partially refund and fulfill the remaining order.
  • Customers will be notified via email or phone. The order may proceed with or without customer confirmation depending on urgency.
