Shipping & Handling

We have designed our shipping process to be efficient, cost-effective, and secure.

We use reliable international courier services such as DHL, SkyNet, FedEx, UPS, or their equivalent for standard shipments worldwide. All orders are shipped from our Lahore, Pakistan office, and shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders with stitching: Delivered in 9–11 working days after order confirmation.
  • Orders without stitching: Delivered in 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Note: Delays may occur due to customs clearance, unforeseen courier issues, or extended processing times during sale periods.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight.
  • Free international shipping is available for orders valued at £300.00 or above to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Germany, United Arab Emirates.
  • Free shipping within Pakistan is available for all orders.

All orders are shipped via DHL, SkyNet, FedEx, UPS, or an equivalent reliable courier service.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number and order status will be updated in your account on our website for your convenience. Tracking information can also be used on the respective courier’s website.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Most items are shipped as gifts to minimize customs duties. However, in certain countries, local duties or taxes may apply. Any such charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Special Notes

  • Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete street address with postal/ZIP code.
  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left at the doorstep. Signed delivery confirmation may not be provided in such cases.
  • We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.
