Measure around the narrowest part of your waist

Measure around the fullest part of your hips

Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across your back

Measure from the top of your shoulder to the desired shirt end

Measure from shoulder tip to wrist bone with your arm relaxed

Measure around the fullest part of your arm at the shoulder socket

Measure across the bottom hem of your shirt

Measure from the top of your shoulder to your wrist

Measure from the top of your shoulder to the desired neckline depth

Measure across the top of your neck at the desired neckline width

Measure from your waist to the desired pant length

Measure across the bottom of the trousers for width
